Solution

We spun up the new server, migrated the website, created staging environment, optimized the network and website for speed and stability, and paired it with our WordPress maintenance service: daily off-site backups, prompt core and plugin updates, and 24/7 uptime monitoring, for true white-glove service.

Since the migration we never encountered any performance issues, the website stays fast, even when traffic spikes, which happens from time to time.
